All media is delivered via a Google Drive folder. Downloads are available for 7 days.

We prefer that the homeowner not be there. If you (the agent) want to be there while we conduct the shoot that's totally fine, but as long as we have access to the home, you are not required to be there. If the homeowner will be there, we ask that you (the agent) is also there.

It all depends on the size of the home, but on average we get about 30-35 photos per home.

Photos are delivered within 24 hours, video is delivered within 48 hours, and 2D floor plans are delivered within 4 business days.

If you cancel before the shoot, no! If you cancel while we're conducting the shoot or between the shoot and editing, you'll still pay in full.

Use this scheduler to book your shoot. Start by selecting the square footage of the property (email me for properties 5,000+ sq ft). After you select the square footage of the home, you’ll then be asked to select the services you’d like at that home, followed by a few other important questions.
For Zillow Showcase listings you have to select BOTH “Basic Listing Photos” AND “Zillow 3D Tour + 2D Floor Plan”.
