Prep for your shoot!
A little goes a long way in preparing for real estate photos! Refer to this guide to get your home ready!
Photo Prep Guide

Clean behind sink
Remove all photos/magnets from your fridge
Wipe appliances down
Empty sink of all dishes
Living Room/Family Room
Put away any toys, blankets or clutter
Consider rearranging your furniture to visually create more space (ask your realtor for suggestions)
Vacuum/sweep and mop floor
You can leave family photos out/on the wall, but we will not photoshop them out. If you don’t want them on the MLS, remove them before photos are taken!
Bedrooms
Have beds made
Vacuum/sweep and mop floor
Put away any clothes, phone chargers, laundry baskets, and clutter
Bathrooms
Keep toilet lids shut
For nicer showers/baths, scrub them clean
For standard showers keep shower curtain closed
Deep clean everything that can be seen
Put away any personal items (toothbrush, soap, loofa, etc.)
Laundry Room
Put away any laundry baskets, laundry, or clutter
Sweep/mop
Exterior
Keep cars out of the driveway and not directly in front of the home
Put garbage cans in garage or out of view from the front of the home
Have as fresh of a mow as you can in the yard
Clean up any clutter in the yard (sticks, dog poop, yard games, etc.)
Misc
Put away anything that signals that you have a pet (pet food, bowls, beds, toys, litter box, kennels, etc.)
Make sure all lights and lamps have a working bulb
If you want to go above and beyond (this is HUGE) make sure that all of the light bulbs in your house are the same color temp!
